East Park Plaza is a 250,000 sq. ft. development anchored by a new Wal-Mart Super Center in Cleveland Township, NC (Johnston County). The site is 12 miles southeast of Raleigh, adjacent to the intersection of Interstate 40 and NC Highway 42.
The Center is scheduled to open in the Spring of 2009.
